Grandma Louise's Creole Pralines
The idea for the creation of Grandma Louise’s Creole Pralines began with the fond memories of love, family and the good times we had together, especially when our mother or grandmother made their delicious pralines!

It was in New Orleans, Louisiana on old Melpomene Street that our Great Grandmother, Louise, better known as Tootsie, gave us a taste of pleasure with her pralines and coconut candies. Little did we know that four generations later, we would turn that taste of pleasure into a business venture.
​
Pralines have long been a staple in our family gatherings! It wouldn’t be a complete gathering unless everyone had a taste of those wonderful pralines. The recipe that our Great Grandmother Tootsie used was handed down to us through our grandmother and then our mother.
